Good for you stick it to those corrupt, financial terrorist but i would not have negotiated with them bankofa steals houses illegally they dint own mortgage thru our courthouses. May the big banks Chase, wells Fargo, bofa, SunTrust all rot in hell.
Brenda, don't negotiate w financial terrorist ever. If u r in a judicial state hire a defense attorney its best money spent. Dont answer any calls fm them make em produce original note + mortgage they don't have then they lose case, if they come up w document its prob a reproduction/forgery.
Bank of America does not have the legal right to foreclose on your home. File in court - Compile Bank of America to produce the note. The bank was paid through Tarp. You do not have a mortgage loan. I found out through FHA. Also, I found that bank of America is fraud - ing FHA insurance. I have stopped several foreclosures.
I didn't pick the phone as I never to unknown numbers. We have a loan with BOA. We currently are working with our state attorney generals office. These people don't talk to one another. You have send the same paper work over and over like nothing has changed since the last set sent in. Call your States Attorney office. I am thankful that I did. There office is used to all the complaints coming in from BOA. They aren't even doing what they agreed upon on the last lawsuit they had. Just don't give up and sign your house over to the bank that is what they want. You as a home owner have rights to. They bank has done some dirty things with the loan modifications. They need to be stopped and won't be able to be stopped if it isn't filed with the right people the Attorney General would be that place.
This is BoA. They have been trying to get us to do a loan mod after TWO years and FOUR months of no mtg pmts.
We're in foreclosure hell for sure, waiting for the actual sheriff's sale, heck waiting for the ACTUAL notice of intent to foreclose. Got about 20 of them over the last year, all with different dates on them. It is a lonely limbo.
Well anyways, they shouldn't be calling with harrassing phone calls. Tell them to step off, stand down, cease and desist, and don't forget to report them to DONOTCALL.GOV.
