The sad part of the this I have been working with BOA on the HARP/HEMP program for the the modification of the loan with my account manager Kim Crawford 877-430-5450 and her Supervisor Linda Lopez 800-601-2522 EXT 5501 providing all the documents and paper work for the sole purpose to save our home in order not to loose it, and now I have this Alma Santillian person calling from 805-579-9184 that actually I answered the phone and they began telling me I was late and was in process to loose the house, they would not even hear that I had been working with BOA for the past two months and that I had an account manager that had gotten all my paper work and was already in process, to the modification. Do you think BOA can possibly get there act together and combine these department in order NOT to cause any more stress to the home owner, that no thanks to many Banks including BOA these were defaulting loan because of lost work, improper loan contracts, our economy, rising prices, extreme property taxes. I just need for this to be all corrected and under the HARP rule all Home Owners are able to apply for modification, loan adjustments since 99% of all home loan are underwater. Come on Bank America give people a break that are really trying to work this out, DO you know that I have made several attempts to pay the past due, and was refused, because would rather put my name on the dead beat list than to actually work with me, so had to matters a little deaper, and finally got the department that would look into this and now you have the DOGS out calling me 15 times a day....CAN WE JUST FINISH THE PROCESS so that I can move on.

I called just to see who it was and the recording said B of A debt Collectors??????
yet it wanted my personal info, and if I did not give it they would hang up [recording], I kept asking for a person, and yup they hung up
I called Bof A, since I do not have any outstanding debt with anyone, much less Bof A, and spoke w/ there Fraud line, they said BofA,does not call clients in this fasion, and that he did not recognize the number either, also to NOT AND HE SAID DO NOT give any information, and to call there Fraud line.

Cheer up Irene, it gets MUCH worse...I spent over two years trying for a Modification. Made "trial" payments, ruined my credit, heard all the "in with analysts", reviewing with "underwriter", etc. BS and STILL was foreclosed on...! HARP/HEMP program ? PLEEEEZZZZEEEE....!!! The only Hemp goin' on there is what's being smoked by all those freakin' Mexicans'....!!! ;-)
I know what you mean we tried and tried working with these people for loan mod. etc after one poor excuse after another for denying us we gave up and filed chapter 13 to repay what we owed because our payment was raised to an amount we could not afford. As soon as we did this they raised our payment even more. We were tired of the whole situation so we switched to chapter 7 and signed the house back to these morons in jan. we moved out of the house in feb. since then we have continued to recieve bills, then we got something that told us that by may we would have paid into our escrow enough to have our payment lowered we havent made a payment since oct 2010. Now I just got a call on my husbands phone from collections for mary nickols. My name is myra nuckols. They not only call the wrong number they cant even get my name right . These are stupidest people i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
The frightening part of all this is BoA has used a 3rd party to receive and download our info. I have in the past 3 yrs had to re-send info 8 x's because they have mis-placed it & I have ?'d where is my personal info? They (BoA) of course could not have misplaced files, it had to be MOI!
