I know what you are going through. they are the worst to deal with. I have sent in 9 mods, they always say they did not get a paper or they need new info... Have been switched 3 times for a counselor... we are very behind due to caring for 6 other family members and a husband having surgery every year over the past 4 yrs out of five...

I too have tried for years to gt HAMP and you name it done from BOA and now this personis the personincharge ot our loan, they have lost things for two solid years, i have hired five attorneys who all just flake oout about BOA and then BOA files a commmone pleas court case against us and thn it takes $50 to send her our stuff and now she calls as if we did not talk to her or BOa at all, we sent evaerything certified mail to them supposedly in TExas and then the calls from around Santa Barbara imean who is kiddding who and runing whose lives here. Everyone in this country is going through something with these banks. I wish that we all could just withdraw all of our monies, every single penny and put it in some coffee cans. These CEO's are getting richer and richer of off america middle and lower class people. This is what Obama is fighting for. This is why red flags go up everytime he speaks about the 1%. They don't want it to happen this Nov. 2012.
I had a terrible time with BoA. I work for the State of Ohio and they made us take days off without pay for two years. May not sound like a lot, but it is for a single woman. Anyway, I tried the modification several times and then a friend referred me to my US Rep John Boehner! His staff sent my complaints to the Consumer Protection Agency and suddenly my case was transferred to the CEOs office and I had one person working with me. It still took some silly paperwork issues that were no brainers, but the modification went through lowering my interest and payment!!! So, get on the phone to the Feds.
