This number calls me multiple times a day, 7 days a week from 8 am until 9 pm. It is listed on caller ID as Credit Acceptance. I have no account with them altho an Internet search shows they are affiliated with Household Bank which I do have an account with. That account has never been paid late and this company has no right to continually call me. I reported them to the No Call Registry today but I doubt that will accomplish anything. So I am looking into other avenues.
They are called Credit Acceptance ..... I have my car loan through them and if I am 24 hours late they start to call me. Every time they call, they call from a different number which is really annoying.
It's credit aceptance, a loan company. I financed a car through them in which I paid them by automatic bill paying. They called my number everyday for the past 3 yrs, sometimes 10 times a day. My payments are on time, so there is no reason for them to call. I made my last payment 5 days ago & guess what? You got it, they called today. All they need to do is send me my pink slip. Which I better receive or I'll be calling them in the same manner. Also, they change their number every month, so it maybe the number that is listed now but next month it will be a different number & different area code too.
They called my son's phone. His friend has a loan through them. When they can't get ahold of his friend they call and harass my son under the guise of "leaving a message" for his friend. His friend used him as a "reference"...right...they don't call unless the payment is behind. They dont use those names as references, they use them to try to get their payments. Rent a Center and Aaron Rental does the same thing.
Really, this is ridiculous. Credit Acceptance Corp...my car payment is due on the 17th which this month is Sunday. They start calling the 18th harrassing where the payment is. Hey, how about waiting to check your mail. And besides, they don't charge late fee's until the 27th, so if the 18th is in the grace period give us a break. Unbelievable!!!
