These people are ridiculous. We have a car loan with them and we scheduled a payment with them but the still continuously call ugh.....[***] worst care company ever!
This is Credit Acceptance. I have a car loan with them and have them take it directly out of my account every month. They are not a very good company. I am not even 10 days late right now cause I changed bank accounts and they disabled my car! They have devices on their cars that they can disable your vehicle. 10 days and you disable my car? That is absolute B*llS**t. If you disable someones car, how do you expect them to get to work and make money to pay you?? This company needs to use some common sense.
I always pay on time and I had car issues (since the day I bought the damn car!!) and told them I had a class action law suit against the company i bought it from (which the state shut down for not being properly licensed since 2002 and I bought the vehicle in 2011!!!! Needless to say that Credit Acceptance doesn't check out the dealerships, they just take their word for it that they are legal to sell cars, and since I had to pay 1800.00 to fix the car and was late on my payment they called saying they were on their way to pick it up and I needed to pay by 4 p.m.....I payed 300.00 and that was thursday...well today they called (Tues) and are threatening to come get it again cause my new payment is due!! WTF if you get a call from this number 1-800-303-1228 then they are coming that day to get it so watch out....even if you do pay!!!
