they will continue to call you..It's really annoying and I feel like if you're not going to acknowledge the grace period then why do you have it printed on the payment coupon? but bottom line they are jerks and I will not go through their bank again!
I get a call everyday, multiple times a day and I have no loans or anything with credit acceptance. They keep bugging the hell out of me for car payment being late!. I have no car payments and have no loans! I have never had anything with credit acceptance. Do they just pick random people to harass?
credit acceptance is not a reputable company. I had no choice but to get my loan through them and now I am doing everything I can to get rid of them. They take my payment directly out of my bank account but still continue to harass me and my daughter with collection calls. They took two payments out of my account in one week that they were not supposed to do, and overdrew my account. Since then, I have been without money and had to borrow to get gas so I could get to work. I truly hate this company
