STOP CALLING! The dude that called had a little smart [***] mouth on him. When I answered this am , and asked whos calling , Then they said the name I said " NO ONE HERE BY THAT NAME" He just said you could have said that at the beginning of call to save him time. REALLY ! Please have these people STOP calling my #.
Man you guys are working harder than the debt collectors are. Its crazy to give them that much time. Just take 4 seconds to add no ring to their number(s) and go on living.
I have done this with over 50 debt collectors in 15 years with SUCCESS. Oops, gotta go, I'm late for my tennis match.
Just got a call from this number 5 mins. ago - Sunday. I didn't recognize the number, so didn't answer and no voicemail. I have an attorney, so I will let them know they are calling, so they can deal with them.
I just looked at my caller ID and it said I had a call from "Florence KY". I was sure it was a Portfolio call so I looked it up. Yes it is them with a new number. Most calls now do not show up as Portfolio. I have never taken any calls from them, but they call every other day or so and have done that for a year.
If you answer they will call you all the more. Never answer them and do not get into any conversation with them. They will use what you say against you.
I had many calls from portfolio recovery using many numbers including 859-918-0780 and for the first time they started to call on the weekends and that was rude of them. i dont know why they started to call people on weekend i thought they were off on saturday and sunday but i guess not. but what they do is wrong but i get it. i did not pay my bills and if a normal person harassed us it would be enough to contact the police on them but since its a debt collector they have a job to ''collect'' the money we owe them no matter how old the debt is but after 7 years you get your credit back if you destroyed your credit for whatever reason.
Unwanted calls saturday morning,no name and a hang up.annoying calls again in February.Another new phone number call on my cell.Lat call was january 28 from440-580-0720.Have reported calls and they stop for a month and then they start over from a new state and phone number.Retired and traveling only will pick up if known caller.This phone is for important calls not harrassing phone calls day and night.
