Everynight this number calls me and when I answer they have already hung up.
I am tired of the calls everynight and we are on the do not call list .

Startel, LLC (out of Enfield). File a complaint with the national do not call registry if you are on it (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx), and contact the CT Attorney General to report it as well ([email protected]). If we don't complain to people who can do something about it, nothing will change.

Startel, LLC.  Wants to sell me a new electric rate.  I hung up, but should have listened to their spiel, then contacted the supplier they are calling for.  With that info, a call to the supplier directly to let them know how their telemarketer is doing and then a call to the Connecticut AG would have some real impact.

Will not stop calling even after begging them !

Got a call from 265-1238. Assumed the area code was 860. Caller ID says STARTEL, LLC. I didn't answer because I don't answer unknown callers. Didn't leave a message. I'm getting my electricity through Clearview and am satisfied with them so far. You do have to be careful because others can switch you without your realizing it. It happened to me, and I went back to Clearview, because at least they're honest.
