Rang twice and hung up. No message or caller ID. i tried to cancel the delivery because they charge about %10 more than local pharmacies. That amounted $130 extra for two prescriptions. I thought mail order was supposed to save you money. Why did Express Scripts buy them? It looks like a way to gouge clients without any benefits other than revenue for an unneeded layer of management.
Accredo sucks, really they do. Same questions they have to ask over and over and over and over..... call me with an automated system then it never picks up. Bah, if I was retired with nothing to do it would be fine, but I have things I'm trying to do and get my work done and they're irritating as hell. None of this would really get to me if they weren't so rude so often. I've been taking the damn drugs for a year, you still think I have questions for the pharmacist? just send my GD injections already! I really try to be polite and patent on my end, but it's their operators that speed through their scrips I can hardly understand and then get rude when I ask for a repeat of what they say - things like that make it difficult to be pleasant on my end. I hate having to inject myself with these meds all the time, I don't need added frustration.....
Accredo has some pretty awful customer service, so rude. They are calling because they noticed that they are not getting paid. They don't care about patients. They are a low budget pharmacy - they absolute bottom that is used when insurance companies don't want to pay full price. I think their meds come from China.
Nonsense! Accredo does not write prescriptions, they only fill them, they have NO SAY as to what your dosage is. The person that replied likely works for them. They use intimidation and harassment just to get a shipment out. See if our insurance will allow some other company to fill your meds.
