Rang twice and hung up. No message or caller ID. i tried to cancel the delivery because they charge about %10 more than local pharmacies. That amounted $130 extra for two prescriptions. I thought mail order was supposed to save you money. Why did Express Scripts buy them? It looks like a way to gouge clients without any benefits other than revenue for an unneeded layer of management.
OMG, I hate this company, too! They don't speak clearly. They don't leave messages so you know who they are. Their number isn't identified and they act like you should know their process when you were given some other process before!
You are correct. They do harrass. I get 5-6 phone calls a day, automated and live, and they billed my credit card w/o my okay. Ridiculous! I have complained, to no avail. I am a pharmacit, and this is a very non-professional organization and business!!!!
What would help is if you would tell your supervisor about these negative comments!!!!! Most companies like feedabck, and it seems as if you are advocating for your company, so give it a shot! Maybe you will get a raise.
