Rang twice and hung up. No message or caller ID. i tried to cancel the delivery because they charge about %10 more than local pharmacies. That amounted $130 extra for two prescriptions. I thought mail order was supposed to save you money. Why did Express Scripts buy them? It looks like a way to gouge clients without any benefits other than revenue for an unneeded layer of management.
Accredo aka Express Scripts calls daily requesting I give a credit card number to pay for medication for which I have never been prescribed or received. The callers all have foreign accents and are calling from an environment where I hear multiple other callers.
A woman called and said, high is head of household available. I said this is head of household and she said, well then there is no message bye.
I called back the number and it said the number is not in service.
Wow! I didn't realize there were a lot of people who don't like Accredo (an Express scripts pharmacy). I have used them for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Granted, if you don't answer their call or call them back, they are persistent. In my case, I don't mind because what I receive from them, literally saves my life! I can not go a single day without it, so I appreciate the calls and really appreciate them for calling to look out for me and my health.
