Don't know what they're selling or why they would call me just to pissmeoff . Why call with hangups before they try to sell me something? Guess they don't want to waste their important time?
That's incredibly stupid. Hope they'll call back so I can waste their time, too
Just got one today. I answered the call because I noticed this caller had called previously. Pretty much he paused a long time and then hastily said wrong number. My thought perhaps this is a cold caller unwilling to make the calls and was just "faking" it.
But it is a little disconcerting.
