The right number to call for existing COAF auto loan accounts is 800-946-0332 for a live COAF representative or customers can log in securely and view their COAF auto loan account online. COAF customers should *NOT* call back on 972-378-3660 -- this number does NOT appear on Capitol One's website contact page. Since we are talking about existing accounts, Capitol One already has ALL your info so no need to confirm any info with a stranger who calls you from a number that is NOT listed on the bank's website. Giving away personal info to a stranger calling from a strange number is STUPID.
This is not a bill collector. It's Capital One Auto Finance. Stop being a bunch of [***] and answer the phone. I just bought a new truck using Capital One and that's why this number was calling.
This is Capital One Auto Finance. If you want them to stop calling you, then you have to send them a "Cease and Desist" letter and tell them to stop calling you. You must tell them to stop in writing.
Wow! Took the words right out of my mouth! They don't stop calling, even after you have made a payment arrangement, and they are not shy about saying "you will keep getting calls from us as long as your behind on your payments". They call all day, everyday, including my place of employement! This is harassment by far!
They keep calling for a specific person and I have no clue who that person is. I have asked numerous times for them to quit calling and we are on the do not call list but they keep calling anyway.
