I just bought a car last week through them and received a call stating my payment was due December 8. It's only the 20 of November and they've called 6 times today. It's Sunday!!!!
We got a new car loan in October and our first payment is due Dec 20th, but they call 10x a day including sundays! We verified info by calling them back, but they keeeeeeep calling! It's annoying!They call like we are late on payments.
I purchased a car with 29,500 miles on it on 12-30-11. I received two calls on my cellphone from a strange number. I don't answer strange phone numbers. I was in a tax class and driving the second time. I would not have answered a call in those circumstances anyway. They did not leave a message. I did not know that was Capital One calling until I went to this web site. Why are they calling because my first payment is due on 1-30-12. Why won't they be professional and leave a message. I dealt with Capital One in 2004 but was only able to pay until 2006 when I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. The accident totaled my car and my insurance company paid them off. I never had problems with Capital One. Wells Fargo is the worst. Capital One can't be worse than Wells Fargo. I was about to block this Capital One phone number and will block it if I have any problems.
My husband and I have a auto loan through Capital One. We to are on time with them. This is the third time they have called. Both my husband and I are on the loan, but they just call me. I don't answer it. They leave no message. We are on time with our payments. And becareful how you sent your payments. I send a check every month. If you don't authorize them to debt your account they will any ways. It is illegal.
