Today's story was this person who could barely speak English was calling from "The Treasury Department in Washington, DC." They knew my name but called me "Mr. (first name)." He hung up when I started hurling epithets.
Number blocked - for all the good it will do.
Called today. I answered. There was a slight pause. Then someone picked up and I could hear a Call Center noise in the background.
He said, that he was with Windows Tech. Dept. How was I doing? I said,You are not from Windows Tech Dept. and he hung up. I suspect that he MAY have wanted into my computer. He had an accent that I would say was from India. ???
