I also delt with a crook Jack Ryan. They all have English names which are phoney. I got billed on Mastercard without my ok after I let them into my computer and they got my info. They also promised a refund by cheque but I had to send extra money via Western Union because they claimed they had a minimum cheque amount policy. They sucked me in. Nobody should deal with the crooks from Esolving.
I just got a call from this phone number. The Indian accented guy started shouting me down that it wasn't a sales call when I said I don't accept telemarketing or survey calls and I'm on the do not call list. He started asking me if I was the primary computer user in my household and mentioned Windows. Well we're all MAC so I knew right then he had no clue. Quite pushy, I could see where some people might be taken in. Can't the authorities go after these guys and shut them down?
Got several calls from this number and when I told them I hadn't they told me they had messages from my computer. I told them I was not interested but theta keep calling. I'm glad I checked this out and confirmed this is a scam. They keep telling you to go to computer so they can help. When I tell them I don't need help they say go to computer. How do we stop this intrusion?

just got a call from e-solving, I told them that this is a business address that he could call our IT department and discuss it with them. Usually I just tell them I have a MAC and they hang up. Can we do anything about this?
