I also delt with a crook Jack Ryan. They all have English names which are phoney. I got billed on Mastercard without my ok after I let them into my computer and they got my info. They also promised a refund by cheque but I had to send extra money via Western Union because they claimed they had a minimum cheque amount policy. They sucked me in. Nobody should deal with the crooks from Esolving.
Devitt Anderson called. I asked him to take our phone number off of their phoning list as they have called repeatedly. He said I could call 1-647-288-1790 any time to get help with my computer.
I've been getting calls from "unavailable" daily for several weeks and answered it today to get them to stop. Told me they were with Windows and were checking to see if I had problems with my computer freezing or slowing down. I told them I had not. Asked me how long I owned my computer. Told me that for one cost of 39.95 I would be free of viruses forever. Red flag - too good to be true. I googled esolving.com (Brian - with strong East Indian accent) while he was showing me their website and saw several entries saying it's a scam. One woman was billed 250.00 after initially being quoted 39.95. I hung up on him.
