I also delt with a crook Jack Ryan. They all have English names which are phoney. I got billed on Mastercard without my ok after I let them into my computer and they got my info. They also promised a refund by cheque but I had to send extra money via Western Union because they claimed they had a minimum cheque amount policy. They sucked me in. Nobody should deal with the crooks from Esolving.

I received a phone call from this number . They wanted to get my computor working better. They said when I was on the internet I was getting bad downloads that I didn't know about. They went through my computor with me for about an hour but didn't ask for any personal information and I thought that what they were asking me to do sounded leget. It was Anna #10703. They called back today but my husband answered and said I was busy since I was told it was a scam. But I didn't know what they were scaming for.
My wife rec'd a call from this number a few weeks ago and told them to call me when I was at home. They called every day for at least one week without getting an answer, and called again tonite. This time wifey answered the ring, but I happened to be otherwise occupied, so wifey asked if there was a number and person I could call back later on. The very oriental male accent gave this number and said his name was Henry Jones....hilarious! Of course they claimed my computer was ending boatloads of unwanted e-mails all over the world and said they represented the security division of Microsoft. Bunko Squad here we come.....
I googled the phone number this so-called Henry Jones left and found this website, good to know that this informationis out there about this scam, thanks.
Just received a call from someone claiming to be Martin Anderson .. left this number for me to call back when I was available to get the help. Asked if Computer was running slow, etc. Said he was from a Company named Online PC Care. Told him I wasn't at Computer and busy right now so he left his Name and this number for me to call back at a later date.
Thanks for the warning about it being a Scam .. that is what I thought to begin with.
I just got a call from the same people. They have been calling me so many times a day,every day. He said his name is Adam, with east Indian voice. He new my city and postal code. He asked me to go to my computer for him to find out how I can be helped. I did not give any information. I said I will call him back. Next time will tell him that I shall call the police, may be that put the stop to their scam.
