I also delt with a crook Jack Ryan. They all have English names which are phoney. I got billed on Mastercard without my ok after I let them into my computer and they got my info. They also promised a refund by cheque but I had to send extra money via Western Union because they claimed they had a minimum cheque amount policy. They sucked me in. Nobody should deal with the crooks from Esolving.
Thought I'd entertain this for a while. They've been calling incessantly and I've kept telling them to please put my name on their "Do-Not-Call" list. So today I humoured them and did wheat they wanted. Eventvwr, error logs, blah blah blah. Asked over and over again if I knew what they meant, to be sure I wasn't a computer tech person I guess. Well I'm not but I do know enough to know that the errors were just harmless things like unable to connect to the network. So she said she's transfer me to a supervisor who could help further. The same person came back on, Shoulin from e-Solving, asked all the same questions. Wanted me to go to e-solving.com. That's when I decided I was done with it all and asked if she was having fun with me wasting her time. She refused to take my name off the calling list and said she'd call back thousands of times. Really!!!!
my father who is in his late 60,s got a phone call this after noon claiming to be someone from microsoft, and saying that his computer was bunging up their system. my dad not knowing better allowed this person to go through his computer, and after 2 hours wanted my father to give him his visa number. i am so glad that he didn't have a visa to give them, and asked if he could use mine. flag first of all, microsoft would not call!!! warn people of this scam
You should definitely make a back-up disk, change all of your passwords, reformat your entire computer, & password protect your computer in your network & sharing centre. That way, anyone who wants to access your computer from the internet has to type in the password to access your files.
