Called asking for the old CEO who left over 10 years ago. He was "surprised" to hear that. Then asked for the new CEO. I asked what the call was about and he just told me he used to do business with the old CEO and he wanted to chat with the new one. There is no way I would transfer with that information so I sent him to a voicemail. He hung up before the call completed.
Called the office number and asked for my boss. Caller was very rude; I asked who was calling and he gave his name, when I asked what the call was in reference to he said just tell him I'm on the phone, "he will take my call". He said he was returning a call from our boss. Which was untrue because the owner was standing right next to me listening to the conversation. I told him that he calls here everyday during the work week and he said the matter does not concern me, if I am not the owner. I let him know we have a call in log and the number is the same number that called several times last week. As I pushed for more information he said, I will just email him. I said that fine then just email him.
He called me a "[***]" when I asked him to repeat what he just called me he quickly hung up.
I am reporting this number to the right authorities for harassment. He has been asked several times not call our office, yet he continues to call. When you call the number back it goes to a recording for Tucker, Albert & Associates tells you to press the extension your calling for. When you press any of the extensions it tells you to leave a message and they will call you back. I'm still waiting for that call back!
Just got a call from this number. Said his name was Darin from Tucker. Ask to speak to my boss by name. I asked what it was referring to and he said just tell him it is Darin from Tucker. I said I did and he wants to know what it is referring to. He said is he (my boss) a coowner. I said yes he said he couldn't tell me just tell him and he will take the call. I said I just did, again he wants to know what it is about. He said I'm not telling the receptionist. I said I'm not the receptionist. He said are you a Co owner. I said no. He finally after several of the same attempts said "fine I'll tell the judge" and hung up. Talk about rude. this is why we screen calls.
This caller name is Kegal, Tucker, Albin and Associates, asked to speak to owner. When I told him sorry but owner is in the field would you like to leave a message the man said tell him this is Kegal TNA call me back and then hung up. I called back the number and a nice women answered the phone and transferred me to supervisor named Zac Banister I left message on voicemail that I don't know you your company is and what this is in reference too? The number 201-427-1969 looks like N.J. number, but it is being forwarded.
This is a SCAMMER Extremely rude people, just tell them to get lost, that's all.
They called and ask for my boss, I told him I would have to take a message he not available right now. He said Thats fine I will Call back later. I said can i tell him who called , he said no I will call back. Hung up
