I also got a call saying he was DEA agent Garcia. He ruffles through papers sounded fake . HE told me to take it serious. It told him to call my lawyer and that he ws unprofessional
I got a call from Nick Delgado saying he was from the DEA. I called the real DEA in Washington and they told me about the scam. When "Nick" called back, I told him he was full of it and I wanted to speak to his manager since he was at "headquarters". I could here him dial a long number then the person that answered the phone identified himself as Nick Delgado! At that point, I was laughing pretty hard at them and it did not take them long to hang up on me.
They also call trying to sell drugs. I guess if they get you to buy the drugs then they can get your money that way & then not send the drugs, but call back & run the Nick Delgado scam. I am supposed to call them back now, negotiated a price with them, have them thinking I will order. They want me to go to "RedDot" at WalMart to pay. I guess it must be a money wiring service. I'm thinking I'll drag it out as long as I can & then tell them that I am Lt Nicki Delgado with the DEA & unless they wire me $ so i can convince the judge they're under arrest, blah, blah, blah...
They (or a company like them) "got me" & had me crying, terrified, etc about a year or so ago...payback is a [***]. I tried to report them, but the FBI & DEA said there was nothing they could do unless I had sent them money. They did say they were working on the case though. Must be real high priority since they so quickly caught them LOL
Got my Nick Delgado call on the 14th. Same story, he is agent Nick Delgado with the DEA in Washington DC investigating a large shipment of illegal presciption drugs. Apparently my name was somehow on a package and they need to ask how I am involved with these pharmacy companies. I always Google numbers I don't know and boy was this a doozy!! Go to H*LL Nick the D*CK!!
