I have gotton a call from him 3 days ago, I pick up on his scam right away. So I went online and started doing research, there is another number (617)252.8207 LOL that's suppose to be there (field office) LOL. These people are so stupid, so I thought up a name, middle name, last name, address, birthdate, and called but the first day it went to voice mail. And the voice mail says that it's a DEA office and theres no one to take your call and have a good day, so I said that this is Elmer James Fudd gave them my birthdate and phone number (which was the same # that the 202.239.5571 called LOL) The first day I didn't get a call back I kept calling and it was going to voice mail. So I call again the next day and it started ringing, and somebody answers this is the DEA office bla bla bla and I said yes this is Elmer James Fudd Birth date (3/6/67 I have gotton a call earlier this week from an agent saying that I was involed in a pill fraud and they said that someone will call me back in 20 min. Well what do you know I get a call in 16 min from Mark Thompsom saying that my name was on a package with pills in it preatty much said everything that was said before when Nick Delgado called the first time. So I sounded really worried about it and scared I had him on the phone for at least 30 mins sobing. Finally he said well I have the power over the Judge and I looked at your record and you haven't been in any trouble in your life, and you sound like a good guy and that I want to help you. So this is what I can do for you I can have you pay a fine to get rid of the warrent. Now as we were talking he always had a police scanner on which was funny but anyway I can hear him going throu papers and he comes up with $2,059.00 to lift the warrent and ask me if I could pay it and I said yes I could. Then he ask if there's a western union by you and if you don't know I can look one up for you in your area. I said I know were's there is one. He said good but you have to use cash because if you do it throu a bank it takes 14 days to clear and this needs to be takin care of as soon as possiable I said I have cash then he ask when can you get there and I told him that it would take a couple of hours. And he said that it wouldn't work that I have to take care of this sooner I said ok within the hour he said ok I'll call you back in 15 min and that you better be at the western union I said ok. He calls back in 15 min and ask if I'm there and I said hang on I'm almost to my car, so I  tell him I'm in my car and he ask me if the form is green and I said yes,and he said good now I'm going to help you fill it out so he gives me a different name Juan Gucman and says that the reason I'm doing this for you is because we don't want anybody knowing your bussiness, I said good thinking and he said no problem. Then he gives me an address (Bai Dominican Republic) and says that it going to the cutumes down there I said ok, then he said that I had to put money in minutes so I told him I did and he told me to call him back with the ref # when I get it (its 10 #) so I made up 10 # and called him back and told him the 10# and he said when he recieves the money that he will call me back with the ref # for the removel or the warrent. I get a call from him in 10 min and he asked are you sure that you sent it western unoin? and I said yes but I cancelled it, and he ask why I said I'm going to take my chances that's alot of money and I have a clear record, then he says well I'll have to hand over the warrent and that I'm going to be arrested and I said I'm sorry thank you for your help and said good bye and hung up. So I waited for a little bit and called back and some lady answers saying there the DEA and I ask for Mark Thompson and she said hold please so shes pressing numbers on her phone to make me think that she's trans me to Mark I started laughing then David Wallast answers and says is there anything I can help you with Mark steped out of the office he's out in the field. I said no that I will wait for him he said that he could help me because he's the commander. I ask him when my court date was and he ask me my name I could hear him rattling papers and ask for my birthdate I tell him 3/6/67 and he says oh hear it is file # bla bla bla. He tried talking me into paying the fine that there's agents on the way and that I'm going to be sitting in jail all weekend. Then I said I'm the victom here that I didn"t know that these pills would get me in trouble because I shatterd my heal and at the time it was cheaper and if they are scams wy I'm I getting in trouble they should be, and he said that they were already in jail. And I said so I was scamed and he said yes. Then I said like you are tring to do to me, he said I'm not a scamer I'm a Dea agent I said look I made up the name and that one of your buddies tried scaming me and it didn't work. So I looked up your number on the internet. LOL he didn't know what to say he ask me did you cum I said hell ya you piece of [***] I told him now that's 2 times I got you. And I'll get you and Nick Delgado again since then both numbers go to voice mail. You might wonder why would someone do what I did? Look how many people gotton scamed and takin for alot of money if it takes a couple of hours of my time to stop these [***]#$$# for a couple of days it was worth it to me, that' a couple of days that good people don't get scamed if we all did what I did it would help to get rid of these scom bags, our Goverment hasn't those numbers been scaming people for months now. I'll be looking at these post daily respond and let me know what you think? thsnk you Russ............

Glad I typed in Nick Delgado...as I was typing, "dea" popped up in the search and led me to these threads.  I left a message with the name and address of my fake attorney, so they can have fun together!

are you kidding
So I got a message from this guy and I am so glad I looked it up on the internet because now when I call him back I have some ammo!! I did figure it was a scam b/c I have no idea why the DEA would call you and if it was really that serious I figure a police officer would be at your door instead of getting some message on my cell phone. Oh and what's really funny is when he said "mrs. so and so" he didn't even get the initial of my first name correct. I hope everyone who gets a call from "Nick Delgado DEA" gives them a good word lashing. Also I was reading one of the other posts that said "Nick" had a Boston accent but the guy who called me sounded like he was from Mexico. I Pray that noone out there will believe this [***] anymore!!

Lets put this to rest.  Its a scam pure and simple.  People, please disregard and ignore anyone calling and representing themselves as a dea (or any other type of federal or law enforcement agent).

YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR.  This is completely fake and NOTHING will happen to you or your family, These jerks have absolutely no power over you whatsoever unless you let them by falling for their nonsense.

If you have the gumption, try and keep them on the line as long as possible.  Make-up any information they are requesting from you on the spot.  Keep them talking, pretend you are scared and maybe, you will be able to obtain mailing addresses, real phone or fax numbers, or any other information you can use to assist the REAL authorities in apprehending these fools.

If you're not in the mood for any of their games, remind them that impersonating a federal officer or agent is a felony and watch how quickly they will disappear!  Rest easy and think to yourself that this type of call is utter BS.  Take control and tell these guys where to go!

It is very important to file an FCC complaint anytime you receive calls like this.  If enough complaints are registered, eventually these calls may stop.

Below is a list of other (or perhaps the same) DEA scammers.  Read through and cross-post these numbers anywhere or anytime these jerks call with a new number.
