I also got a call saying he was DEA agent Garcia. He ruffles through papers sounded fake . HE told me to take it serious. It told him to call my lawyer and that he ws unprofessional

I got this idiot calling me...The more he talked the more it sounded like a scam. He said the papers would be mailed to me with in 5 days but I needed to take care of this with in an hour. WTF!! He told me to call customs and pay the fine, he could make it go away. I called my friend and she found this site, thank you. Nick called me back and asked if I called customs yet and I said no. He said, you haven't , I said no. He then threatened me that the DA would be at my house in 40 minutes. I said, OK, send them cause this is a scam and hung up on him..Haven't heard a peep out of him. This guy can go to hell!!!
He must read a script as he calls everyone. I got the exact same call just a few minutes ago.
Yes, I had bought medication 3 years ago, but he was telling me that I ordered some and it was confiscated.
I kept telling him I didn't order anything and he started to get rude and tell me that he would have no choice but write down that I was not cooperating with this investigation. I told him I would cooporate-but have no idea what he was talking about because I didn't order anything.
He then told me that the medication was oxy and there was 800 pills that I ordered and I was in big trouble if I didn't listen and do what he wanted. That's when I knew something wasn't right-for one, I never ordered that kind of medication and 2, 800 pills of that would cost a fortune...who has that kind of money?
I hung up and he had the nerve to call me back telling me DEA agents were standing by and they would come to my house with a search warrant if I didn't cooperate.
I finally got scared and just told him to send them-I have nothing to hide and I hung up.
Then I got on the computer and I found this website...thank God it is a scam...I was so nervous that someone was actually going to show up at my house.

This guy is funny, I have gotton the call from this guy yesterday. I was helping a friend move and didn't hear my phone ring when I got into the van I notice I had a voice mail. So I listen to the voice mail barely could understand what he was saying. I had to listen to the message a couple of times to understand what he was saying. Right away I had a feeling that this was a scam, I know a DEA wouldn't call you about something like this. This person is using a cell phone when he called me . The funny thing about it was at first he was outside I could here cars passing by, cars blowing there horn. then he must of went inside, because then I could hear his police scanner. Then I ask him could you turn down your police scanner, first I'm having a hard time understanding you, and now I'm having a hard time hearing you. Then he started swearing at me and telling me that I wasn't cooperating with him and that he was going to tell the DA's office that I wasn't cooperating with him! I started to laugh at him that really pissed him off. And I told him that there's no way that you are a DEA agent, I said a DEA agent wouldn't start swearing at you like you are so he hung up on me. So as I stated earlier I was helping a friend move, I was a little upset about the phone call. When I got home I called a friend and I was telling her about the phone call. She went on the internet and Googled the number and started reading all the posts from that phone number. After she told me that I went online to see for myself and couldn't believe what I was reading. I feel very sorry for ppl that fall for scams like that. What's sad is its the same number for months why are they getting away with it?
