I also got a call saying he was DEA agent Garcia. He ruffles through papers sounded fake . HE told me to take it serious. It told him to call my lawyer and that he ws unprofessional
I got the exact same message on my cell phone on Feb 9 from "Agent Nick Delgado". I called back the next morning and he also told me a package of drugs was conficated in the Dominican Republic with my name/address. I was very upset when he told me I was being charged with a crime and could go to prison, but I told him I had to get to work and to call me back later. When he called back Thursday afternoon he just kept repeating what he said earlier and I told him that something just didn't sound right. I told him I would consult with an attorney and get back to him. Well, he got off the phone fast - saying he would have to meet with someone higher up. He never did ask me for money and so far he hasn't called back. I then decided to do some research Thursday night and was relieved to find out it is a scam. But apparently some people have been taken for as much as $10,000.
I only wanted to share how f*****g stupid my friend (ex-friend) is.
He also got the same call and the "DEA Agent" asked him if he knew any friends that had ordered medication on line he gave him my name. I will admit to ordering medication about 10 years ago...yes 10 years ago, these guys don't forget.
The DEA Agent told him that if he didn't pay the fine for me he would be charged with a felony.
Instead of my idiotic, moronic and stupidest human being on earth calling me he called the local police department and gave them my name and asked what he should do because he didn't want to get into trouble. NO he didn't call and ask me first because the "DEA Agent" said not to inform me of this call.
Then a real live local police drug enforcement agent called me and told me that my idiot ex-buddy had reported and want to investigate ME!!
After meeting with the local police drug enforment agent I finally discovered why I was being interigated.
Wanted to pass along 2 pieces of advice:
1. Inform you of their new technique.
2. Make sure you idiotic friend know this and if you have a friend that will do this they are NOT your friend!!!
Just got a call from Mr. Nick Delgoto; (202) 239-5571. Told him immediately that I knew this was a scam and he got QUITE VULGAR calling me a [***] and than the "c" word.
We had a screaming match where I said some choice things.
Phone hasn't rung again!

I just got a call from Nick Delgato. I decided to play along. I begged him to let me know how I can make it go away,he said if I bring 5000. to western union he can clear it with the judge. I asked him if his dick can touch his [***] after asking "what did you say" twice I asked him again,can your dick touch your [***] he said yeh sure, I told him good go [***] yourself. Delgato went crazy on me. I told him the scam is all over the internet.
