Yes I just received a call from this number too. They even went as far to give me a case number. Wouldn't let me talk to anyone else that I could understand.(American ) total bs!
I just got this same phone call. The foreigner told me that the IRS was filing losses against me. Also told me that there were detectives that live right behind me and that he would be sending an officer to my house to arrest me because I had a warrant out. Total bs! He then told me to hang up and stop wasting his and my time. I hung up and googled the number which is out of Washington. I also contacted my tax lady and she told me it was a hoax. However the IRS will NOT call you if you have committed tax fraud.
Lady called me from this telephone number , with deep Arabic accent , she said from 2009-2014, I have been a part of tax fraud and that I needed to pay 4thousand dollars , I'm sol glad that I found out that I'm not the only one receiving this call. They will now be put on the block list
