Received a call today from this number also. Also sounded like a middle-eastern man on a fuzzy line. Asked for a person who, as far as I know, has never had our phone number (although we've received wrong calls for her in the past).
Just called a few minutes ago. I rejected it, as I have a reject button on my phone. I didn't pick up. If they call again I'm going to tell them off. I have NEVER been to Seattle, Washington, and have no business there and probably never will.
The man on the other end told me he was with a federal government grant agency and that I was eligible (due to my demographics) to recieve a $10,000 grant from the federal government. He asked for verification that I was over 18, asked me to verify my current address, asked what bank I was banking at and for how long I had been banking there. He then asked if I would like to recieve the money via direct deposit to my bank account or on my plastics charge card. I told him bank account to see what kind of information he would ask for. He asked for the routing number- I told him I didn't have it. He said I could call back at 202-621-0041 with it and talk to a "senior representative" who then would have me verify even more information to recieve my monies. Sounds like a big time scam! Don't fall for it!!! Caller ID said Seattle Washington.

GOT A RECORDING SAYING THIS NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.
THEY CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES LAST WEEK AND WHEN I ANSWER
THE PHONE NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING.
