Received a call today from this number also. Also sounded like a middle-eastern man on a fuzzy line. Asked for a person who, as far as I know, has never had our phone number (although we've received wrong calls for her in the past).
I got a call from the same man with the middle-eastern accent. However, his message said that I was wanted or under investigation (?). His message said that if I don't call back, all he can say is "good luck to you...." It felt like he was trying to intimidate me into returning the call.
This guy just called me and left a message with a lot of talking in the background saying, he was a investigator from the criminal office and I need to call him back at a 845 number. I called the 206 number but number was not in service. He said his name was Mr. Garza or Garcia he was a indian or asian speaking guy. Wow these dam people need to quick this type of stuff, how he got my cell number, ha your guess is as good as mine cause I show dont know.
Received a call from this unknown number listed on ID as from Washington... didn't answer it as I never answer unknown calls. I don't pick up, I don't have a problem and they never leave a message.
If someone wants money from you and are legitimate, they "will" leave a number to be called back on.
If possible don't pick up and if unsure Google the number... save yourself from being scammed or harassed.
Thats funny! I not only am getting calls from this number, but from several other numbers as well, all from different states. They are all scams. I hate to sound racist, but if they have an accent...
I dont trust them.
