Who called from 2097828675

I bought a POLICE whistle......I pick up, I wait, when I hear HELLO,  I whistle.   Then I call block.

I just go to youtube and find a loud airhorn and play it when they call

Shows came from TEST. No message. I just blocked the number on my telephone.

Changed my service back to AT&T. Apparently, they now charge for Call Blocking a number. There *60 service.

2097828675 appears to be yet another number associated to the Telephone Terrorists know a 'Card Services'.  My guess, the "test" is to see if the 3rd world NON-SPEAKING (English at least) can effectively set up a bogus number.  This dolt may have passed, as within minutes phone rang with 'unknown name unknown number'.
