Called, went ot messaging, they left no message.
The last 4 spell USAA, and number is from San Antonio... and USAA is doing their verifying thing again... but not a (210) 531 prefix like USAA's other numbers.
Anyone can have a number the resembles another company. I this case it's PSI using a similar number that you may think is USAA but it's not. If you listen to the speech, they say"I'm calling on behalf of USAA". That right there is a clue and is legal. They were calling from a number out of Florida. And if it's a VOIP number they may actually be calling from Florida and not San Antonio.
USAA used PSI for their account authentications. They do this periodically and send out letters to their customers ahead of time to let you know that PSI will be in contact with you.
