Today is Thursday, miss copy-and-paste.
USAA should have mailed you a printed copy of your insurance coverage and charges, and you should have examined that paperwork very closely. But ... you did not. The 800notes site is not the place for you to bleat about how the company's mistakes caused you problems because you did not catch those mistakes.
DO NOT provide any information to this company. This is not USAA even though they are using a number that is similar to that of USAA. They are collecting info for the sole purpose of finding reasons to justify raising your insurance rates. I made the mistake of providing information to them only once and that was a reduction in my annual mileage. My rates still went up! You are under no obligation to provide info to this company just because you have USAA insurance. Refuse to answer their questions and conduct your business only with USAA.
