I read some of your comments above. I am back to CONFIRM THIS IS USAA through a sleazy company called PSI, that they probably own.
USAA tries to pretend they're not aware (and maybe some of their minions are not) but I know it IS USAA.
Just don't talk to them. If you get tough with USAA about these calls, they will start threatening your coverage on the guise that you "must be hiding something" from them. USAA can be really dirty and mean. I have had them for over 10 years and have experienced all their games. USAA is only a cheaper cost to you if you're smart enough to keep them in check. You should audit them yearly and compare to Allstate or others...
USAA hiring another company to do the dirty work so they can maintain a spotless reputation and still raise your rates.. LOL.. Just block it and then call USAA to tell them that now you drive you car even less. haha
Third party policy verification/update for USAA insurance customers. You should have rcvd a letter in the mail from USAA. In that letter it gives information about the upcoming survey. And they provide you with a phone number in that letter to go ahead and take the survey. Or wait for the incoming call. It's not a scam. They do it every year around this time for me. My info never changes, so my rates never change. Not a big deal.
It is USAA Contracted to update policy info. They do it every year and always send a letter or email telling their clients in advance. This is a safe number
