Yes, this is USAA calling. I also received notification by mail from USAA advising me that an independent company they hired to verify information would be calling. They are really annoying and persistent! I already updated my info online. Wish they'd consider that in their surveys. I don't like giving any information out over the phone.
USAA, PSI calling to make sure policy is updated, USAA sent letter a few weeks prior with the numbers to let memebers know they would be contacted, also gave the option of calling one of the numbers yourself to update.
