I received a call from this number and the same issue happened. Being a clever girl, I led the man on phone to believe that I was following his prompts and kept putting him on hold. I kept his game up for at least 30 minutes. Then I said "did you say Windows?" I don't have windows because I use Apple!!!! They hung up......bam!
Called @ 8:39am Sat. Did not recognize # so didn't answer. No voice message left. Saw complaints on this web site and blocked the # on my cell phone. If you don't recognize #s, don't pick up. Search the #, then block it.
Just got a call from this guy, who has called me from other numbers. It is a scam. They use numbers in New York that belong to University fax machines, New York Banks, etc. Today he called again from this number and just yelled "B***h" I have reported numerous times. Every different number I take down. Now he has made an abusive call and I'm frightened.
Called but disconnected before anyone said anything. Called the number back... an automated message stated, "One moment please, we're calling your party" After a pause, "We're still trying to connect your call, thank you for your patience." After another pause, "We're sorry, we're unable to complete your call, please try again later."
