I got the same call this morning with a recorded message that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and for me to call 210-888-0979.

Why isn't "scam" or "fraud" listed in the "Call Type" choices when you fill this out.  I wasn't able to choose anything from the list.

Paid my taxes!
Also received call stating IRS lawsuit and jail, I laughed invited them to my home...I live in Texas..."go ahead, make my day"...lol,..SCAM or should I say SCUM.  Blocked number.
