I just turned off the ringers on all my phones a few years ago. Almost of these scammers don’t leave a message and when I hear someone leaving a message is the only time I know there’s an incoming call.
Been keeping a list of “Missed calls” from my caller ID for a while now. I’m up to 405 crap calls so for this year with a month and a half to go. It just thrills me to know that the FTC is doing such a good job in eradicating these scumbags.

I thought it was a misdialed number, but obviously the very tired senior alert scam found a new number. I get about 5 of these medic alert calls every week. Always from a different number so I can't even block them. Even the area codes are different so blocking them is useless.
My kids set 2 different ringtones on my phone. One for calls I want and the other for everything else. If I hear the everything else ring I ignore it and see if they leave a message.
I tried to call them back a few times -unidentifiable- and it always immediately goes to a busy signal. They probably block all anonymous phone calls!! Haha!!
