I just got a call from 305-587-2091. They said that they were calling to lower my interest rate and that they were calling from cardmember services. I asked the guy if he was calling from my visa card services, how come he didnt know what my current interest rate was and he hung up. I called back and got the message that this number is an unattended mailbox and it could not recive any incoming calls>>>SCAMS..
These people are conducting an illegal operation-contacting people on the "DO NOT CALL" list. You need to report the number to FTC, FCC and your local Attorney General. They are most likely calling from overseas and there is little the US can do, however, if enough people complain, they may act. These people buy a new telephone number every day so you will never see the same number twice. It's been going on for years and they call on my cell phone as well as home line. Make some noise with the authorities.
Wow, so frustrating!! I agree with Sue - report to FTC and whoever else you can! Read this.

stupid phishers. they keep calling even after i press 1 to no longer get calls. the last few times i strung them on...answering all their questions and keeping them on the line for about 7 minutes. i had them on speaker phone, and was playing chess online while i answered the questions. when they asked what % interest i was paying, i told them i had to look it up, and set the phone down...they were 'on hold' for about a minute before she hung up.
