Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Got a call in a female recording voice saying this call is for " SILENCE ", I have received a file for several items you are currently being investigated for, before being served you have a right to respond to this matter, please call 307-206-4539, please reference case number " SILENCE"...total scam, wth are these people calling me for!
They are hoping to find someone they can extort money from (and scare them into doing so). IGNORE the thief. IF you were getting served, you would not be warned.
If you are being sued, they don't call you to tell you. They properly serve you either in person by a court approved server, or by certified, return receipt mail. Please read my other post on page 2 of this thread.
