They have called my landline & cell. Dude says he's from my tech support company. He wants me to turn on my computer and allow him to access it remotely. Alarm bells go off in my head. Not a chance. So i tell him i don't have a tech support company, don't call me again and so on. Here's the thing i wonder about. The first time they called the guy had my Dell Service ID number and it was about a month after i had received tech support on my laptop. I think Dell was hacked and they stole my information. Be careful out there!! All the sites that I've looked at reporting this phone number have horror stories about these guys (company name on my caller ID is "API Fairchild").
I, also allowed them on my pc. I had my computer cleaned after that, after 6 months they have called sparadically and sometimes as much as 3 to 7 times aday, with East Indian accent and from different numbers all over the county.
