These jerks have called me before. I started to let them in then they said I would have to talk to the tech about the fee. Well I have coverage from Centurylink that is their best program so I knew this guy was bull [***]. Same people called me back today. I kept them on the phione for over an hour, then said I had UPS at my door and had to go and hung up
Same caller I think. I told him my browser was safari, I do not even know what safari is. He gave me a www. and a bunch of letters to type in and I told him twice that I did not know what he was doing but the screen is going black. On the third time I told him Great, it is working, he said what do you see?? I said that the screen had a great big horse's [***]. I said I am serious and he got mad. I told him I cannot deal with anger and hung up.
Called stating they were with Microsoft and we're following up with me. When I asked who they were asking for they said they got my information through Microsoft and an IP address. When I kept questioning them they hung up.
These people call incessantly to repair my PC or to tell me there has been a breach of security or some other bonk. I want them to stop. East Indian scammer. Sick and tired of THESE PEOPLE.
