This company called me saying I had a pending lawsuit with the irs from 2008-2012 taxes. He was obviously of Indian (India) decent, said his name was Sam Johnson, employee id 59372.
Yep, same here. When I told him I needed to talk to my husband he got mad and said 'OK but when I hang up I am going to send the paperwork to the local authorities and you will have to fight this in court." So I told him I could pay it out in payments but not all up front. He said I would have to pay half now and then $200/month. It was for the year 2008-2012. It sure is weird that so many of us have made these mistakes all in the same span. crazy. Can anyone say SCAM!!!! LOL

Same as the other posts. Automated message saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call the number back asap. Obviously a scam. I know the IRS does not operate this way, and there is no reason they would be calling, anyway.
This number has tried calling me multiple times and just like everyone else is saying it is an automated call saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. A scam for sure! I agree with everyone in that this ridiculous and illegal to impersonate the government!

The IRS sends letters, not phone call to people they dont know who is listening!!!!!
