This company called me saying I had a pending lawsuit with the irs from 2008-2012 taxes. He was obviously of Indian (India) decent, said his name was Sam Johnson, employee id 59372.
This SCAM has called my home phone number many times. I tried to call them back to inform them I will report them if they do not stop attempting to SCAM me. The phone rang and rang and no one ever answered. If anyone knows how to prevent this SCAM ARTIST? Please let me know (602) 957-0824
1-346-371-6291 and 6391 calls three times a day stating to be irs filing a lawsuit fishing for your personal info blow a whistle in these people face block them this a scam all day long.Slam the phone in there face loud bam boom.
The whole whistle thing is an urban myth.

Had the same experience as everyone has posted. I received a call from a cell phone number in TX telling me I needed to call back ASAP RE: IRS lawsuit. I called the # back just to see what they would say (I know the IRS won't call by phone, will send letter). The man was of Indian (NOT Native American) who told me I was being sued by the IRS.I told him I knew the call was a scam and to cease calling me (had already called 3 X that day. He told me I MUST know I'm guilty because I called back. HaHaHa! He told me there was a warrant or for my arrest. I hung up on him, going to call local police to notify!!
