This company called me saying I had a pending lawsuit with the irs from 2008-2012 taxes. He was obviously of Indian (India) decent, said his name was Sam Johnson, employee id 59372.
I missed 2 calls less than 4 hours apart from the same number: 346-971-6291. The pre-recorded message was cut off the moment my voicemail picked up so only caught tail end of message saying call back ASAP for "my" case file. When I tried to call back it just rang & cut me off. Total scam! Report them at

Got same call twice in same day. One call came through as anonymous & one w/ this number on caller ID (cell phone tx). same pre-recorded message. Called back to tell them were to go but, it just rang and rang then cut me off. It's an IRS phone scam report them to IRS. IRS doesn't call (especially from a cell phone) before sending notices through the mail.
