Yep - Got the same "robo-dialed" recorded message:
"This is your last notice. There is a lawsuit against you from the IRS".
I actually called back. A guy with a heavy thick Indian accent answered. I said that I never received a letter from the IRS and he hung up.

This is officer from internal revenue services. We have been trying to reach you. This call is an official final notice kyle(?) from internal revenue services. The reason of the call is to inform you that we have filed a lawsuit against you. For more information call immediately our department number 347-418-0574. I repeat 347-418-0574.
at 2:13 p.m. today 4/25/2016, I received a call from "this is the office of the Internal Revenue Service. We are calling you to tell u this is a final call to inform u that we are filing a law suit against you". By the way this is the 4th "final" call from them. I thought these calls would stop after 4/15, but they keep coming. I get this type of call one or two a day every other day. I am getting rather annoyed. Is there any way to stop these calls? I have used up all the allowed number on the phone system to block calls.
