I called my mother and her caller ID identified my number as this number (which it is not). I called Centurytel, our phone service provider, and they are looking into it. Ugh.
Actually, your phone number has been spoofed, it hs nothing to do with an app you downloaded. Just another scammer tactic, making a call look like it is coming from somewhere else. I finally blocked my own number because I was getting so many calls from myself, supposedly.
Just received a call from this number. The caller was Indian and she offed a $9000 education grant. At that point I told her that she was a scam artist and hung up.

Receiving calls on my cell phone and my house phone from 404-260-0992 and representing themselves as GEEK Support 1. They state that "my computer" is reporting a virus.....I DON'T OWN a computer.
