Got a call from DEVRY 1-404-260-0992 said it was Nick, (my grandson) he was in local jail (Gainesville, FL) and they had him for $10,000 bail. His lawyer got the bail reduced to $7500. Could I help him out, he would repay the money as soon as he got out. I asked what his middle name was and "click' they hung up.
These people sound very EOS (equal opportunity scammers)!!! Lot's of variety in what is being reported. For me it was an 8am phone call about my computer. I huffed and puffed on the phone and finally said "I HATE YOU PEOPLE!" Bet I really scared him off.
