Called my cell phone, but they didn't leave a message. I closed all of my credit card accounts about a year ago, so it's definitely a scam since most of the comments say it's about lowering interest rates.
PP, Numbers on the card = where the card is from. It's similar to routing numbers on bank accounts. Simple scam. Makes people think it's legit. It's not.
I got a call today from this # too, wanting to talk about my interest rate on my credit card and lowering it. I don't carry a balance on any card. Again, simple scam to try to get info from me. Not falling for it.
