I received a call from this number stating they were an affiliate of Google and that if I wanted my business to be associated with their search engine directory to "press 1 now". Naturally I was smart enough to know better than to press any buttons not knowing where this phone number was coming from. Just answering the phone confirmed my existence so we'll see what happens now.
See my previous messages to other's...We are all in the same boat but I have now blocked their # from home. It will be interesting to see what happens Thurs and if I get any more with out of area, area codes, I will block them also
See my other messages here..do not press any buttons. Call your phone carrier. Keep a log/journal with the #'s calling/time/date/. etc. I contacted FTC/FCC. Do Not call registry does not cover robo/scammer calls. They are fishing for any info on you, i.e., financial, etc. Never give any out.

They won't leave messages.If you have the option of hitting star 69 to get the time and # called, do it instead of answering the phone. They won't leave messages but your friends will.My phone carrier gave me an option I forgoit I had and that was I can block #'s frm home on my phone. Very easy.And if you get other out of area #'s calling, block them also.
they won't leave msgs..they are scammers/robo calls. Never give out any info and don't press any buttons. Read my other notes to others re this problem.

Call your phone carrier and talk to them about blocking unwanted #'s. I did and I now have the 3"s blocked. I have Comcast. I can also not answer the phone but press star 69 and get the # calling and time to block it. They will vary their area codes and #'s but it's all the same.
