Got call from this number just now, accent, noted they were from Microsoft and my computer had malicious code and was notifying them. I said "No." He kept talking. I said "No." again. He said sorry Bryan, Im not getting you. I said "You dont know what no means? Bye" Click. A$$ hats.
The caller had an accent (first scam clue) mispronounced my name then said he was from Microsoft and that they detected an error with windows on my computer. Since I am an ex computer network technician I knew right away he was a scammer so I told him I already knew what he was up to and to NEVER call me again!
Receive a call from this number claiming to be from Microsoff and stating they receive an error from my computer and needed to get access in order to correct it. I knew right away it was a scam. I informed the person with the ascent that I was not going to give him access to my computer and hung up.
It was an Indian (from India) calling and the first time, I said, "No thank you and hung up." He called within seconds and just started singing an Indian song in the phone, as my name starts with a title of a song. I told him he had the wrong number and hung up. How irritating.
