Got call from this number just now, accent, noted they were from Microsoft and my computer had malicious code and was notifying them. I said "No." He kept talking. I said "No." again. He said sorry Bryan, Im not getting you. I said "You dont know what no means? Bye" Click. A$$ hats.
Women with accent claiming I had malicious software on my Microsoft computer and she needed to run a scan to protect it. I told her to never call back.
Received a call on my cell phone from a man with an accent. When I answered he told me I had an error on my computer. I then told him I didn't know what he was talking about because I didn't own a computer ( by the way that was just a fib). I told him that I was on the Government Do Not Call list and to take me off his phone list because he was breaking the law. Then a few minutes later they called my land line so I let my fax machine pick that call up.
I got a call on my cell phone, The guy with Indian(Punjab) voice told i have a computer with virus infected and continuously downloading from internet. he explained and wanted me to download the software from url shortened address: www.fff.re/8y92 and when i ask what software is this and why i need to download, He answered saying this will show you all malicious and vulnerable on my computer.
since i have anti-virus software i decided to check after download but not installing, the software which i download was remote broadcasting, and screen sharing tools.
I realized it was a phishing scam by foreign agent and mentioned him to send email first if necessary and hang up.

Caller tells me my Microsoft account had downloaded a infection on my computer that was going to destroy it if I didn't let him help me with the problem. He spoke with a horrible accent that I couldn't understand.
