received a call from 1-407-000-1919 on 4/8/2009 saying they could lower my intrest rate, push 9 for more information, I did. I was asked if I was interested in lowering my rate told the woman that I had reported them yesterday for doing the same thing she hung up!!!
Got a call from above number and I wanted to find out who it was so I pushed 9. A man got on and asked if I was calling to lower credit rates.
I told him "no, I just want to know what the he** they were trying to pull because I don't have any credit cards." He said, "then don't push 9 stupid". I'd like to push his head up his backend. They need stopped.
I recieved a recorder call stating that since I was a good customer that I was eligible to have my interest rate lowered if I wanted to do so press 9. I pressed 9 and the person who answered asked my name. I told him and then he wanted to know how much I owed to credit cards. I asked him which credit card he was with, he ignore my question and asked again how much I owed to credit cards. I told him I was going to talk to him anymore until he told me who he was representing. He hung up on me.
